The Right Way To Measure The AFT Automatic Transmission Fluid

There is no doubt that when you need to know anything about your cars you should refer to the user manual that was received with the car, which gives you a set of important information and instructions In our subject when referring to the user manual you will find the method of measuring the transmission automatic oil (measuring oil) Al-Fattis stick on all refills from P to the end and vice versa and then start the measurement, but in the next few lines we will give you the correct way to measure the automatic transmission oil and more accurate than those in the user manual.

Start with the following steps:

The car must be parked on flat ground.

The car engine must be on.

The temperature of the vehicle should be lower than the middle of the dash indicator.

Tighten the parking brake or place a stone behind one of the rear wheels in case the brake is weak or fails to stop the vehicle strongly.

Press the brake pedal and then move the fate from P to R and then lift your foot from the brake pedal one by one until to make sure that the car is stuck with the hand brake or the stone that was placed.

Open the hood, remove the oil gauge, clean it well, and put it back in place.
